Anevia, a leader in the video streaming and infrastructure solutions  for OTT, live TV and video-on-demand (VoD), today announced that it has exceeded its 2012 targets with strong growth in both its Telco/Broadcast and its Hospitality business, achieving solid revenue expansion in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

With its Telco market revenues doubling year on year, the company delivered on its two key objectives of securing high growth while improving profitability. Ten new Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers were signed globally last year, ranging from 5 to 80 Gbps of delivery capacity translating to an additional 10 million subscribers benefiting from Anevia OTT and multiscreen technology.

In 2013, Anevia plans to further consolidate its partner ecosystem and build on its 2012 momentum towards supporting Telco industry leaders: the top-15 encoders, the top-10 middleware vendors and the top-10 CDN service providers are now fully certified for use with Anevia ViaMotion. This will result in major new opportunities within the Telco business.

Anevia will also be exhibiting at more major industry tradeshows in 2013 including TV Connect in London, the NAB  in Las Vegas and IBC in Amsterdam. New product releases will be showcased live in all three locations, including ViaMotion Multiscreen and the latest OTT packaging solution supporting Apple HLS, Microsoft Silverlight Smooth Streaming, Adobe Flash HDS and MPEG-DASH.

Anevia, a leader in video streaming solutions for live TV and video on demand (VOD), today announced that it has created a new business unit, Anevia Hospitality, to focus on the growing demand for hospitality entertainment and corporate video streaming solutions.

Anevia Hospitality delivers solutions to hotels, cruise ships, aircraft, educational facilities, government bureaus, and corporations looking to deploy advanced live and on demand video over IP streaming services. Flagship products include the Flamingo range of DVB to IP gateways and the Toucan range of nPVR and VOD servers.

The modular Flamingo XL product can be used to stream video over hybrid coaxial and IP networks. The Toucan video server can be used to streaming films on demand to hotel guests or internal training videos for corporate employees.

In addition to products, Anevia hospitality offers support services, training, and a global network of technology partners specialized in specific hospitality domains and local markets.
